Friends weekend trip
This is a gorgeous cottage in a beautiful setting. The cottage has all the amenities you could need and some nice extra touches . It is a 10minute walk into Cartmel for the pubs and shops . We did an amazing walk over to Grange over sands and back We ate in the Royal oak and the Kings arms and both were fantastic I would recommend anyone to stay here it is fantastic

This has got to be the most beautiful cottage we have stayed in .This cottage has everthing you could want even down to complementry tea coffee milk. And spotless, the duck pond is right outside the front of this cottage and so quiet and friendly. We hope to book again very soon .

Perfect cottage
Absolutely wonderful cottage. perfect in every way. Ideally placed for exploring the lakes. An easy walk into Cartmel and good food offered in the local .pubs. Many good circular walks from the door, 4mls circuit to Holker Hall and also Grange, so no need to use the car! Booking our next stay at The Coachmans and looking forward crossing more walks off the list.

Just Perfect...
After staying in May for a week we came home and booked back up for another relaxing break at the cottage. We walked this time to Holker Hall through the racecourse which took around 2 hours, great walk and plenty of information if you fancy of other lovely walks in the area. The cottage has everything you need including mini torches which were very handy this time with the dark nights as we made our way back from the village. What more can I say, this place is a gem with everything you need.....looking forward to booking up again for next year. Thank you xx

Everything was perfect in the Coachman's Cottage, as we are getting on in years, we found everything to a good standard and things very accessible.
