Outside is ample off road parking and a gravelled area with outdoor furniture. Situated in beautiful Cumbria, Furnace Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Ideal accommodation for up to six ladies walking holiday.
Great location for the first half of The Cumbria Coastal Way with six separate beds in three rooms. Good drying facilities and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge with a Smart Television. Close to Ulverston which has amazing pubs for suppers especially The Stan Laurel and The Rose and Crown.

The property was well placed and 6 people found it easy to not get in each others way whilst doing their own thing on occasions. The owner and her daughter were very welcoming and concerned for our comfort. We had a lovely time.

The cottage was very well situated for visiting all the Lakeland areas. It was value for money and the parking space was excellent for three cars. It was near attractions for all ages which was great for our three generation family holiday.

A lovely, clean, welcoming, warm and well equipped cottage. Great place to spend Christmas with family. It was tastefully decorated and with many thoughtful touches which made it a home from home! Very close to Ulverston with its many independent shops, classic cinema and wonderful Booths! We'll be back!

Great location for exploring southern Lakes. Lovely walk into Ulverston. Great layout for us, 2 twin bedrooms plus a double and plenty of parking.
