Must visit!!! Worth it!
Pictures do not do justice. Worth a visit, absolutely beautiful. Could not fault the place at all. Dinkley cottage is cosy, clean and spacious, perfect for four people. Rate the hot tub 10/10. Had the chance to go SomerVille aswel, thanks to John Wade and we were in LOVE. Area is beautiful and people around are so friendly. Highly recommend Ribble Valley Holiday homes. Will definitely be returning.

Relaxing Retreat Away From it All
We stayed Mon to Fri the location is off the beaten track which was really nice, but still only a short drive to nearby facilities and attractions. The cottage is situated in a small group of dwellings with space to park outside the front of the cottage with additional parking to one side. Arrival and getting the keys was very smooth with friendly staff. The cottage is very nice and surprisingly larger on the inside than it looks from the outside, very clean and tidy, well maintained and with a hot tub for 4 people with a pitched roof over it looking out towards a wooded area. It's quite private although we didn?t have neighbours for our stay you can see into each other garden areas. The bed was very comfy and we slept well and it was very quite if you are used to hearing traffic then this is a nice change. While in the hot tub at night there is some noise in the distance from barking dogs although couldn?t hear them when in the bedroom. The garden was a little wild and would benefit from nicer grass and also some sun loungers would also add to the experience, along with a table or shelf to sit your wine glass on while in the tub. All in all this was a great place to stay and we would recommend it as great value for money and a pleasant home from home for the week.

Great cottage in lovely location
We visited for a long weekend with our two year old daughter and had really lovely stay. The cottage is obviously very new and it is much bigger than the pictures give justice two. Two large bedrooms and very large open plan kitchen dining lounge leading to patio and nice sized back garden. The cottage was spotlessly clean. The hot tub is a nice addition and it has a wooden gazebo cover which with the Lancashire weather in March was welcomed. The cottage is a lovely spot with short walk down to Ribchester and just across the road to the great, quirky Stydd Gardens. If you like running, walking or cycling you'll enjoy the location. The walk down the river to Dinkley Bridge is stunning or run up the hill to New Drop Inn and beyond. We recommend the afternoon tea at Stydd Cafe (amazing) and The Potters Barn was superb for home cooked food. The cottage is really well equipped though we?d have liked a couple of small additions - salt, pepper, sugar and perhaps a box of tissues. Also the two ensuites don't benefit from the underfloor heating and were a bit chilly! But very minor grumbles really don't detract from a superb cottage.

Outstanding
Having made a last minute booking, we were presently surprised withe the outstanding quality of the cottage. Fully fitted kitchen, Super Kingsize bed and two singles. And to top it all a hot tub in the garden. Then having read the visitor book we are the second people to stay here. We will definitely be coming back. Might even book one of the bigger cottages and bring the rest of the family.
