Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio area with furniture.

Great place to stay. Kelso, Hawick, Melrose and Galashiels just a drive away.
The village of Lilliesleaf is a nice walk for those that like to walk. A short drive for those who don't. Will be returning as it is a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful location and Cottage, couldn't have asked for better. Lovely welcoming owners, who really made the holiday perfect for us. Fantastic holiday and can't wait to return.

The location of the cottage is outstanding, really quiet. The area is a great place to relax and our dogs enjoyed running the grounds. A lovely place with great owners.

We would not hesitate in recommending Rose Cottage to anyone looking for somewhere to stay to get away. The cottage has been refurbished recently and they have done such a good job. It's a beautiful cottage with lots of character. You can't beat sitting by the fire with a glass of wine in hand when the rain/snow beats down outside or sitting out the front of the cottage in the sunshine listening to the birds. It was far better than being at home listening to the traffic! We will certainly be looking to rebook when we next come to Scotland and we would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a getaway.
