This spacious semi-detached single-storey holiday bungalow is situated on the ever-popular Stoneleigh Holiday Park, three miles from Sidmouth on the beautiful south Devon coast. The property has two bedrooms, one of which is double and the other is a twin, complete with a pull-out stacker bed, as well as a bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area.

Outside you will find off road parking for two cars, a shared lawned garden and a private patio with countryside views. Just a few minutes walk away from the bungalow is the famous Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary and a steep path will take you to the secluded Weston Mouth Beach. With Sidmouth also close by, Broom Cottage is the perfect base from which to enjoy a family holiday or a break with friends.
