River View is the ultimate location for bird watching enthusiasts, with Hoskins Hide, looking up and down the River Alde, only a short walk away as well as RSPB Minsmere a mere 20 minute drive away. Whilst attached to the owner's home, River View very much sits in its own space, set back 250 yards from the road with access to a large garden at the front of the property as well as enjoying its own secluded seating area and private parking.

River View shares a communal hallway with Marsh View, a similarly stylish one bedroom apartment on the ground floor and also available to book through Rural Retreats. Marsh View and River View can also be booked together as Marsh Lodge, sleeping four guests.
