Great location for getting around Northumberland
The owner is lovely. she ensured there was bread, butter, milk, eggs, logs and kindling for the wood burner. She told us that the country fair would be on, so we arrived a little early to go there. we bought meat and she loaned us her slow cooker to cook it in and also gave us shallots from her garden to put in our meal
