Courtyard Cottage is a delightful stone cottage overlooking Dartmouth's championship golf course, within a short drive of historic Dartmouth. The property sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms (three en suite), and also benefits from a family bathroom. In addition, there is a modern kitchen and open plan living / dining area with a wood burning stove.
Outside is a private terrace and parking for one car, whilst the tennis court, swimming pool and other leisure facilities provided by the club are within a short walk ? all of which are complimentary for guests.
