The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire.
To the outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Set in a stunning location, Barnstead is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Set in a fabulous location with every amenity on your doorstep including 3 delightful pubs, an excellent riverside cafe and two grocery stores one of which sells 268 types of gin this had to be good. But it wasn't, it was excellent in every way. Very comfortably furnished, pet friendly and finished to a very high standard this spacious dwelling will not disappoint. Our only regret was not staying here longer and we left with heavy hearts. Some great walks right on your doorstep we only used the car to visit Penrith for our main shop and then parked it up. Ullswater Steamers is within easy walking distance and Aira Force waterfall is just a short drive. I give this property 10/10
