Argyle House in Rothesay can sleep twenty guests in eleven bedrooms.

The living areas include a kitchen with gas range, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room and two sitting rooms. The bedrooms in the main house include a family room with double and single with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, three doubles with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a twin with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC and a single with en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Within the annex the bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, two doubles and a single, serviced by a bathroom.

To the outside is roadside parking and a lawned garden with seating and hot tub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed.

Within less than 1 miles there is a shop and within less than 1 miles there is a pub. Argle House is a spacious retreat on the Isle of Bute.
