The property consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, home to an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests, and a sitting are with a Smart TV and corner sofa. The bedrooms rest on the ground floor and there is a double and a twin, along with the shower room and a hallway/utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars.

Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however smoking is not permitted. Within less than 2 miles you will find a shop for your essentials, and within 200 yard, a pub.
