The ground floor hosts a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC, a kitchen/diner, utility and two sitting room.
Heating is power by gas with partial underfloor heating in all bathrooms and kitchen amenities include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests have access to two Smart TVs, Playstation, WiFi and pool table for entertainment. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in rent.
Outside there is off-road parking for five cars and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. There is a garage with a shop less than 1 miles away, whilst the nearest pub is less than 1 miles away.

Fantastic Accommodation
We stayed at Crooklands Cottage 13th-16th January 2023 (just home today). 6 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs! What a fantastic Cottage we had - it was extremely spacious, modern, warm and inviting and had every amenity we could have wanted. The bedrooms were something else! Even the towels provided were large and luxurious! We even had cakes waiting for us on our arrival! Would not hesitate in recommending staying at Crooklands Cottage - Chris and Rob, the owners, have done a fantastic job on it and it is extremely worthy of a visit!
