Outstanding place to stay
The property is recently refurbished to a very high standard and the owner has not held back in providing the very best facilities to ensure the best experience. We had the use of a brilliant gas barbecue outside and had many pleasant evenings. I have stayed in many very nice cottages over the years and this surpasses them all.
The village is quiet but does have everything you would need for a self catering stay. The people are very friendly and there is an outstanding fish and chip shop , with a highly recommended butcher and Chinese takeaway.
We enjoyed the local tearoom which had a good menu choice and friendly staff.
Lots of places to visit around the area , we had a very happy week and will definitely return in the future.
