Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and for entertainment, there is a TV and you can find WiFi in the main centre of the site, with the main reception being staffed 24/7. Outside, there is designated parking for one car and a garden with a gravelled area and picnic bench.

A cot and highchair available on request and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free home. You can find a shop within less than 1 miles and a pub within less than 1 miles.

Please note that there is a river which runs through the site which is unfenced, children must be supervised while outside. 1 Eamont Park is the ideal base for your next a family holiday to Cumbria.
