The bedrooms rest on the lower-ground-floor and consist of two king-size, one with TV and en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a lower-ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a rear, sloped garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway.

One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in less than 3 miles, a pub in 200 yards, and River Dart in less than 1 miles.
