This smart cottage is situated on a traditional farm two miles from the Devon town of Honiton and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.
Swallows Cottage is a welcoming cottage converted from an old barn on a traditional Devon farm in countryside near the town of Honiton. The cottage sleeps four adults and a child in two bedrooms, a double with child's single folding bed and a twin, with family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen.
Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue, and a small lawn across a quiet farm track. Help is also often welcome on the 135 acre mixed farm. Two miles from the interesting old town of Honiton, Swallows Cottage is a friendly base for a relaxing break in Devon.

Unique cottage in a great location
We stayed here for 7 nights. 2 adults and 3 children aged 8, 3 and 1. It is in a great location with a short drive to most coastal destinations we wanted to visit. Cottage is based on a farm with various animals which my children loved. The owners were brilliant especially Jayne and her daughter Mia. They let my children help out on the farm some evenings which they really enjoyed. Cottage is even nicer than the pictures make out with plenty of room for a family. Lovely gated patio area to rear with great views over the farm and animals.
