Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, Docking station/CD Player and WiFi. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and a highchair is available.

Outside there is private driveway parking for five cars and a garden with a lawn, furniture, and a barbecue. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property.
