The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and siting area with a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, woodburning stove, Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a double, and a triple room with three singles, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a communal garden with lawn, furniture and a barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars.
Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but please no smoking. You'll find a shop in less than 3 miles and a pub in 300 yards. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Shippen is a family-friendly abode, perfect for a break to Ceredigion. Note: Guests have access to an outdoor heated swimming pool, available from the beginning of May until the end of Sep.
