The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor can be found hosting a cloakroom.

The interior of the cottage is complete with a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room. Outside, a patio with outdoor seating and designated parking can be found to the front of the property, whilst an enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating lies to the rear. Pumphouse Cottage is a superb choice for any escape to the Devon countryside.
