The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a small double, and a twin, alongside a main shower room. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, an enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars, one large and one small.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop, beach and a pub in 200 yards.

Samphire is the perfect abode for a seascape to Lincolnshire. Note: The parking space is tight, only suitable for one large car and one small car. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property.
