The lodge has an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, a dining table for four, and a sitting area with a TV. There are two double bedrooms, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a garden with decking and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars.

Within less than 2 miles, there is a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome on request. Note: any large dogs that arrive, the owner will use discretion to decide if standard terms and conditions apply and you may be turned away.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There are 3 steps up to the property. No stag, Hen or similar parties.

This lodge is beautifully built by the owner and extremely well appointed, very comfortable, and in a perfect place, both peaceful and convenient. Well kept, and hosted in a most considerate way- everything has been thought of; we will most definitely be back.
