Viewpoint is a wonderful semi-detached house resting in Kendal, Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with TV, and an additional sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a double with en-suite bathroom, along with a shower room. Outside there is a garden with patio, gravel and furniture, and off-road parking for one car at the rear of the property.

Within less than 1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 200 yards, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome at the property.

Please be aware that there are steps leading up to the property entrance. Viewpoint is a fabulous dwelling for exploring the Lakes.
