There are two bedrooms, a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin zip/link (can be made into a superking on request), along with a bathroom.

Outside, there are landscaped grounds, and designated parking for two cars. Within 300 yards, there is a shop, and within 0.4, a pub.
