The Byre in Penparc can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD player and WiFi. The bedrooms include a double and a bunk serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a patio with hot tub and barbecue and communal lawns with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars.
Two well-behaved pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 300 yards there is a shop and within less than 3 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
The Byre is a quaint holiday home in Wales. Note: Swimming pool available from the start of May to mid Sep. Note: Ownersâ live on site.
