Raise View is a glorious house in the village of Grasmere in Cumbria, with an electric fire, en-suite facilities, breathtaking views and allowing one pet. Ambleside less than 5 miles; Windermere less than 10 miles; Keswick less than 13 miles.

Raise View is a stunning traditional Lakeland stone house with a stylish interior situated in the heart of Grasmere,Cumbria, within the stunning Lake District National Park. Boasting breathtaking views of Helm Crag and neighbouring fells, this pet-friendly retreat offers ample off-road parking for five cars, some family-friendly facilities, tea and coffee-making facilities and en-suite facilities for each room, and a toasty flame effect gas fire making it perfect for large families or friends. Pull up to this picturesque abode, the stone bricks and glorious surroundings will make a great first impression.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs throughout your stay. Whip up a storm, then utilise the self-cleaning feature on the oven, as you enjoy a scrumptious meal around the dining table set for ten guests. Adjacent to this, you will find an inviting sitting room, complete with flame effect gas fire and plenty of seating, perfect for those cooler evenings when you just want to curl up with a good book or enjoy some quality time with the family.

Head up the stairs and take in the stunning views on offer from each bedroom of the property. The property boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms spread over three floors, each offering a unique charm and character all with fell views, TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities and lovely views out to the countryside or village. On the second floor, you will find Rothay suite a super-king-size bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with chairs at the window, to enjoy gorgeous views of HelmCrag, and an en-suite with walk-in digital shower.

Also on this floor is Helm Crag the smallest room but still offering a king-size bedroom and stunning views of Helm Crag, and also benefiting from an en-suite with walk-in digital shower. Back on the first floor, you will find The Silver How Suite offering a king-size bed with an en-suite with bath and walk-in shower, here you can enjoy a soak as you appreciate the views out to the Lakeland fells and countryside. The Silver How Suite also offers a Smart TV,and a coffee maker ideal for early mornings before your day out in the Lakes.

The Easedale room is a king-size withan en-suite with walk-in shower and beautiful views to the fells at the rear. Lastly, the Wordsworth room is king-size with views of the village and fells beyond and an en-suite with walk-in digital shower. Outside, the property benefits from a garden with a lawn, patio and furniture, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views of the fells.

Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or dining al fresco, the outdoor space at Raise View is sure to be a hit with all guests. Raise View has a traditional Lakeland stone exterior housing a stylish interior. Magnificent views of the surrounding fells but just five minutes walk from the centre of Grasmere village for fabulous restaurants, cosy inns and independent shops.

Raise View is perfectly situated to explore the whole region yet some of the area’s most breathtaking scenery and fascinating attractions are right on the doorstep. A great base to drive into Langdale, Borrowdale or the Ullswater area, there’s even a great bus service. Its a truly magical area with stunning scenery.

At the heart of the Lake District National Park, you'll find the quaint village of Grasmere. While here, you simply cannot miss the opportunity to visit The Grasmere Gingerbread Shop, a true culinary gem where you can taste the world-famous Grasmere Gingerbread, a unique blend of gingerbread, biscuit and cake.
