The popular beaches of the East Devon and Jurassic coast are within easy reach and offer sheltered coves sandy beaches and picturesque towns and villages. The historic city of Exeter with its vast array of shops pubs restaurants cinema theatre and leisure activities is just a few miles away.
There is also a wealth of attractions nearby including Crealy Adventure Park Bicton Park and numerous National Trust Properties. Set in a refurbished wing of the owner s house this delightful property has everything you need for the perfect home away from home. On the ground floor you will find a generous sized kitchen/diner with integrated oven and hob with extractor hood microwave dishwasher washing machine fridge and table with seating.
Upstairs you will find the rest of the rooms accessed via the wooden staircase from the kitchen. The spacious lounge enjoys views across Ashyclyst Forest and has ample seating around the TV with DVD and Freeview making the most of the views across to Ashyclst forest. The double bedroom is also located on the first floor and has a separate dressing room both with slightly restricted headroom from sloping ceilings in some places.
The bathroom with shower over bath and WC is just off from the bedroom. Outside during the summer you will be able to make the most of long lazy Devon evenings unwinding with a glass on wine and a BBQ on the enclosed patio area. This is reached via the kitchen and also offers garden furniture.
