Perfect holiday cottage
? My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Horse Mill Lodge. The owner met us on arrival and quickly showed us round before leaving us to our own devices, with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. A lovely touch. The photos do not do this property justice. It is spacious, light, incredibly comfy and spotlessly clean throughout. We were impressed with the size of the bedroom & bathroom and the storage available. The kitchen was well equipped and we genuinely wanted for nothing. Fantastic views from all windows and a perfect location for exploring Derbyshire. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Horse Mill Lodge and will definitely be returning. ?

Horse Mill Lodge is in an ideal location with easy access to Peak District attractions and many different walks. The apartment is very attractive, warm and comfortable. The owners are on hand if you need them and are very friendly and helpful.

The cottage is very well equipped and the perfect size for a couple. It is extremely well located for walks directly from the cottage, with many others just a short drive away. The owners were welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful location! Horse Mill Lodge is a fantastic place to stay. Owner was lovely and was on hand if we needed anything. The location was central to picturesque places like Bakewell and Ashford, as well as relaxing walks. Thank you!

The owners were very helpful and friendly, the cottage was well equipped, clean, tidy and very comfortable. We would recommend this cottage to anyone and will be happy to book again.
