There's a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a second floor family room with a double bed and two single beds. There is also a family bathroom, a separate first floor basin and WC, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area.
Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and two swings. Buckinghams Leary Farm Cottage is a wonderful base for your holiday.

Buckinghams Leary Farm Cottage is a lovely big cottage. Very genuine nice people running the large mixed farm. Totally authentic with good access to Exmoor and the coast and the beautiful Devon countryside of course. Safe for children.
