Very good
Was very impressed by quality of location, loved it and where it was placed. Hope to visit again. Lots of space (four in a six bedroom house) but overall even impressed with the size. Very comfortable and cozy!

Faultless
Absolutely loved our long weekend here. The property is beautiful, maybe a little snug for 6 of you in the kitchen/sitting area but perfectly functional in all other aspects. Full of character, cosy & comfy, well equipped and lovely owners. The treats they left for us on arrival are a fab added bonus. Great location for what we needed and the night sky in the middle of nowhere is sensational. Head to the pub for dinner, it really was good after a long day of walking.

Amazing cottagr
Stayed for only a weekend. What seemed not enough time to enjoy all the things we can do in the surroundings. The weather was beautiful, went for long hikes along the river, pub a short distance walk and a lovely bbq! Can?t wait to go back!!

Fantastic Cottage
We had a fabulous holiday staying in this lovely cottage. Sally Ann and David were lovely hosts and made our holiday such a great experience. The cottage has everything you need and more. Lovely touches also. Super place to stay and visit the Lakes.

WOW
We stayed here in March. David and Sally Ann were extremely accommodating. We had a guest who was a wheelchair user, and although the cottage wasn't suitable they made arrangements to make it easier for us to use. The farm is amazing, we were able to look around at all the animals, lambs, calves, chicks. Jess the dog was very friendly. The cottage was very clean, the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The walks to the lake were breathtaking. We drove to Whitehaven and this was nice. Sally Ann really researched places we could take the wheelchair. We went on the train as recommended. We will definitely be staying again!
