Malt Barn is a barn conversion situated in Upper Brize, Oxfordshire. The property has been presented to a very high modern standard, but still retains many period features such as the exposed beams to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Internally, the property has an open-plan living room with a dining area and a fitted kitchen with a second dining room.
Upstairs has four super king-size bedroom, two with an en suite shower room and WC, one king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one super king-size bedroom in the annex property. There is a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has an enclosed, lawned garden with a sheltered patio area and table tennis.
Also open for use is an enclosed grassed courtyard, an astro turf area with furniture provided. There is a heated outbuilding with a hot tub. There is ample off road parking available.
Malt Barn is the ultimate holiday destination.

Unscrupulous practices ruined holiday Ripped off over a Hot Tub
Here's the facts. I have been told that I in effect have ruined a Hot Tub by not following the basic users instructions. Considering I paid CAREFUL attention to the very basic verbal instructions from the house keeper and did supervise the use of the Hot Tub, to be told that in 3 days use by 9 clean people the Hot Tub had been contaminated requiring £140 worth of cleaning is extraordinary and frankly an unscrupulous practice. There were no fake tan users in our group, users showered before entry and in effect we used it for about 4 hours in total. Yet we are told it was contaminated beyond use.
Having used and been in numerous Hot Tubs, I did note that the floating chlorine filter ( required to prevent amongst other things Legionnaires Disease) was empty, and of course that chlorine smelll was NOT present (on opening the lid). In fact the written instructions in the lid did state the 24 hour requirement for chlorine tablets, WHICH WERE NOT PROVIDED.
SO OUR HEALTH WAS PUT AT RISK BY UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTICES AND WE WERE UNFAIRLY CHARGED £200.
