It boasts a large fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, wooden flooring throughout and steps leading down to the living room. Adjoining the owner's barn, but affording total privacy, this large but very welcoming property runs the length of the private courtyard and features huge sliding glass doors which open out onto the courtyard.

There is a seating area, ideal for alfresco dining. Situated in the valley amongst rolling countryside and a short distance from the beautiful sandy beaches of North Norfolk, in easy reach of the sailing facilities at Brancaster Staithe. Burnham Market is just five miles away, a Georgian village centred around village greens with over thirty independent shops.
