Dirty bedding
This is large house in a good position and fully equipped, but most of the bedding was stained with what looked like blood, makeup, urine and other staining.
When we complained of a large yellow green ring on the double mattress we were told it was " SUN DAMAGE " as if.
A large zip up cover was then brought and put on the mattress but we still did not use it knowing what was underneath.
The house was a little jaded in areas but the staining to the bedding was totally unacceptable.
Because of these issues we would not recommend this property.

Good, but could have been so much better.
Ok, the good things first! Great location, just a stone's throw from the promenade and some lovely cliff side walks. Ample on road parking, in a fairly quiet area of Llandudno. Big house, lovely big kitchen. The bedrooms are a little neglected, stains on some of the bedding, but nevertheless warm and comfortable. Lots of space, and 2 showers, one of which is on the ground floor.
So what disappointed me? In one word; Garden! We (my partner and my elderly parents) would ideally have liked to sit outside as we had some rare sunshine in May! However the rubbish bins were overflowing, one was on its side, and there were empty beer bottles clogging the drains. The smell was bad so we kept the kitchen door that led out to the garden closed. The garden itself is neglected and overgrown. The whole area is a real mess, and would definitely be cause for concern if you had young children as the rubbish would undoubtedly attract vermin. Basically the rear garden is out of bounds. It's sad because it totally detracts from all the merits of the house itself. Please please please sort the garden out!
