Large, Good Location, Poor Management
We booked Auction House because of location and size, although it easily fits large families I would say there are a lot of ornaments so you need to be careful with little children. The large table was great for family meals, however I am glad we took a lot of our own equipment for cooking as the knifes were all blunt and not enough pots/pans etc. The living room was great for everyone to sit around and enjoy the fire and TV, we all appreciated the reclining chairs after a day on the beach. The stairs both into and up to the top level need to be handled with care when there are children as very steep. The house could have been cleaner, dusty and hair and rubbish under the beds. Sadly my 5 year old had an accident one night and even though the mattress already had stains and no protector our deposit of £175 was kept, this is very disappointing as you would of thought those renting out there property would either protect the mattresses (as many people are sleeping on them) or understand accidents happen. I liked the house but found the way my family have been treated in regards to the deposit and fake claims of damage (a perfume bottle and scuff on floor) is disgraceful and shows lack of experience on the owners part.

Amazing apartment, great hosts
We stayed here along with several friends in mid-September and had a brilliant time. We were completely in awe of the apartment itself and the hosts were warm and welcoming. Terrific value for money, dog friendly and a stunning property. We'll definitely be staying again. Nia Griffiths
