Very unprofessional
Very poor customer service. Previously spent £800 for 4 nights here and had an amazing stay. When trying to book again I was misquoted by the owner and was offered no apology or solution but instead was ignored when trying to resolve the situation. Very unprofessional and will not be booking here again and will be advising others of my experience.
