Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and for entertainment there is WiFi.

Outside, there is ample, private driveway parking, and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, towels all included in the rent.
