The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric range cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, dining seating for six and a sitting area with TV, DVD player, Amazon Firestick and woodburning stove. There is a conservatory with access to the balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a double and a single bedroom, along with a bathroom.

Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and hot tub, as well as private parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and started pack for woodburning stove are all included in the rental price. Within 200 yards there is a shop and pub.

Additional wood for the woodburner is available on site. Hot tub may be available on request. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Two well-behaved small dogs welcome. Farmhill View is a delightsome dwelling for an escape to North Yorkshire.
