Outside is a seating area with furniture, with access through the gate to the left hand side of the hedge, there are steep steps leading down to a shared slipway, mooring and quay beside the river. Just 500 yards from the popular waterside inns, Junket Cottage is a smashing place for a relaxing and interesting break in Devon.
