Birsley Cottage is a charming converted farm building set in stunning open countryside on the outskirts of the small village of Edlingham. Five minutes drive from the market town of Alnwick and 15 miles from the heritage coastline, Birsley Cottage offers stunning views and is the perfect location for a holiday away from it all with wonderful walks and bird watching on the doorstep. GROUND FLOOR Large open plan with high beamed ceiling.

Living/dining area TV/DVD, BOSE blue tooth speaker, electric stove heater and table and chairs. Kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and door to garden. Steps up to the utility room.

Utility room with separate entrance, sink and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with zip and link super King size bed or two single beds, TV and door to patio. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with king size zip link (can be set up as a twin on request), TV and door to patio. OTHER FACILITIES Enclosed garden and patio with furniture to the rear. Under floor heating.
