Long Linney is a wonderful single-storey barn conversion resting in Littleham near Bideford, Devon sleeping four guests in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove and a dining room with seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room and two singles, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for three cars.
WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted.
