The central location of the property means that guests are in an ideal position to visit all the county has to offer. The East Devon coast can be reached by a short drive to the likes of Exmouth Sidmouth and Sandy Bay.

Killerton House and Bicton Gardens are places of interest that make a great family day out. Take a short trip to the city of Exeter where visitors can shop see the Roman wall and the ancient cathedral then relax with a meal on the quay. Inside the property the lounge is furnished with two sofas an armchair TV DVD player and a Hi-Fi.

The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridgewith ice compartment and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms: one double one twin and one single and all of them are equipped with TVs. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and a WC.

Guests have free use of the shared heated indoor swimming pool. Snooker tables a skittle alley squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch can all be used. Children can enjoy playing in the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides.
