Nestling amongst verdant hills fertile valleys estuaries and nature reserves teaming with wildlife to ancient woodland and moorland the heart of Devon's rural landscape is punctuated by farms quiet roads and traditional narrow high-banked Devon lanes. You are well placed for visiting beautiful Exmoor ever popular with visitors for its many walks wonderful scenery and wildlife including red deer as well as the many attractions in the area.

These include historic Exeter with its museums leisure facilities restaurants high street shops cinema theatre and much more or Tiverton Castle and Canal Grand Western Horseboat Crealy Adventure park various National Trust properties and gardens. The English Riviera with The Deep and Kents Caverns and a variety of sandy family beaches are also a short drive away to the North and South.The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms at either end of the cottage (making it ideal for two couples) and a single bedroom leads off of one of them and has its own separate WC with washbasin.

Bathroom: with power shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD and electric fire. Kitchen: with fridge/freezer microwave oven and dishwasher.

Utility room: shared with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden split within two areas a manicured garden to enjoy and a large enclosed grassed area and patio offering classic garden furniture. Amenities: parking for 3 cars.

Bed linen included. Electric by meter reading. Night storage heating in all main rooms.
