GLORIOUS UNBROKEN COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this brand new detached stone barn conversion is found at the end of a long private driveway. The Linhay is an ideal base for touring the Jurassic coastline which is a short drive away as are popular beaches at Lyme Regis Seaton and Beer and the unspoilt Axe estuary. There are attractions to suit all tastes within half an hour’s drive including Abbotsbury Crealy Bicton Park and numerous National Trust properties and coastline.

It is also an idyllic spot from which to walk and cycle or just sit and relax on the deck and enjoy spectacular views of the Axe Valley and the occasional train go by two fields away. The charming village of Kilmington is a 10 minute walk and boasts two local pubs serving good food a shop and an outstanding farm shop selling local produce. Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s acclaimed River Cottage restaurant can be found in nearby Axminster as well as a weekly market and good variety of shops.

The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor and has wheelchair access. There are THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC 1 zip-and-link double which can be a twin and 1 twin. Shower room: wet room style with WC.

Lounge/diner: with TV DVD woodburner and patio doors. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Outside: decking area with seating and garden.
