Millstone is set on a working farm close to the village of Staindrop in Teesdale, just five miles from Barnard Castle. The cottage has one family bedroom with an ensuite and a sauna, one double room and one twin as well as a family bathroom (with a spa bath) which makes it suitable for seven people. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room.
Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a sheltered shared front courtyard with furniture and a designated play area for children (adult supervision required). Ideal for exploring the northern Dales, Millstone is sure to appeal to the whole family.

Idea for a family get together.
Although location was a bit more remote than first expected.The facilities were ideal for our needs plenty room for 5 adults 2 children and a baby. Kids were all impressed with the climbing frame and all the toys provided. Loved the spacious living area.

Millstone was a spacious property which was a good distance to tourist attractions. There was a luxurious jacuzzi bath and sauna which gave the adults a little added relaxation and the outdoor play area was brilliant.. We would definitely go back.

Easter Holiday
We spent a few days with family (3 grandchildren) lots of space , easy with the dog and good play area in the front garden. Warm and very cosy to return to. Loved it.
