Yorkshire Coast Self Catering cottage, Buffers, Whitby, sleeps 6

Awesome find
We were looking for somewhere new to stay in Whitby, andy wife found Buffers. We like it a little quieter so this was ideal, literally right in the edge of Whitby facing open countryside. Around a less than 2 mile walk to get to the sea front, so far anough away from the hustle and bustle. The house had all the amenities that you could want, even down to the free pay TV such as Amazon Prime. The small rear garden is a right sun trap, it was great for us as we don't like hot weather, but even at around 12c it was just warm enough for us to sit out in shorts and t-shirt. Overall a great week in a great holiday home.

Wonderful Whitby
We loved staying at Buffers for a week this summer. It's in a quiet, scenic location, with a countryside outlook, a short walk away from Whitby. The house was immaculate, so clean everywhere and beautifully presented. It was really well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. The kitchen is big and had everything we needed to cater for our whole family. The lounge is modern and cosy. The beds are super comfy, the shower is powerful with endless hot water, the the WiFi was excellent and the outside space was lovely. All the little extra touches were appreciated like the ?Covid friendly? welcome pack. We had a fantastic week and really didn?t want to leave. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great week at Buffers. We were a party of 6, ranging from 13 - 73. The accommodation was beautiful and spacious.

On our arrival we were extremely impressed at the standard of accommodation which has everything you will ever need for a week's stay right down to brolleys and local walking guides, the best equipped holiday accommodation we've ever stayed at.
