Rottal Farmhouse is a delightful, detached farmhouse on a working farm, on the owners estate in the middle of majestic Glen Clova, 12 miles from Kirriemuir and can sleep eight people. There is a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a ground floor twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom. The farmhouse also has a kitchen with dining area, a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove.
Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a lawned garden to the front and side with furniture. Rottal Farmhouse is a wonderful base for your peaceful holiday in Scotland.

This is my third visit and Rottal Farmhouse feels like a second home. Enjoyed the walks roundabout and coming home to a cosy house. It snowed quite heavily one day and made the scenery even more beautiful.

Great farmhouse, perfect size and excellent kitchen facilities. Can not fault it in any way. It was dog friendly and our Yorkie enjoyed long walks. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed a lovely weekend away with friends at Rottal Farmhouse. Nice and relaxing sitting by the log burner in the lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of walks in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic Farmhouse, the perfect size with excellent kitchen facilities, and the log burning stoves are great. It was dog friendly with lovely walks and it was snowing, so was perfect for sledging, had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.
