There is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and an open fire and also a sitting room. Outside there is roadside parking for two cars outside the cottage and a lawned garden with patio and furniture.
Kingsley Cottage is a lovely base for your holiday in this delightful area.

Kingsley Cottage in a village within the Norfolk Broads. It was ideal for our dogs as the large garden was very secure. The village is a great base from which you can visit Potter Higham & Stalham for shopping. Cromer and Gt Yarmouth are within easy driving distance.
Returning to the cottage each day felt like going home.

A homely warm property with a spacious dining kitchen. The garden is safe for children and pets. Well positioned, 100 yards, for local pub (The Greyhound) that offers good food and drink and a warm welcome. Good walks around the area and little light or noise pollution.
