Llawrdref Is a working 17 century farm and our self catering very comfortable accommodation is situated in a private south facing wing of the farm, perfect for family holidays. SPECIAL OFFERS FOR 2 PEOPLE OR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN DURING MAY & SEPTEMBER The farmhouse comprises three bedrooms {two with Double beds and one Twin room} all with washbasins. Linen is provided and beds are ready made when guests arrive.

Fully tiled bathroom, shower, airing cupboard and immersion heater. There is a safety gate at the top of stairs and a cot and high chair are available. The adjoining kitchen has all essentials including fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, automatic washing etc.

The property has fitted carpets throughout . Electricity is by a GBP 1 coin meter. A car is essential and there is ample parking.

A lovely lawned garden with picnic table provides a safe secure place for children to play. A WARM WELCOME awaits you in this comfortable and well maintained farmhouse. Open May to September .

THINGS TO DO From the farmhouse take a leisurely walk along lanes with scented honeysuckle and bird song while enjoying stunning views. Hell's Mouth is a mere 30 minute walk away, popular with surfers and walkers alike. Enjoy walking along the new coastal path, also ideal for cycling.

Golfers are well catered for at near Abersoch,Nefyn and Pwllheli. LLangian village, a five minute drive provides a shop with freshly baked bread and milk. Our Local Church 13th century Church has a famous V1 headstone on the south side.

It is the only one on records in Britain of medicus on early Christian inscriptions. In the neighbouring village of Llanengan stands St Engan Church which was a popular place of pilgrimage in conjunction with the Abbey of St Mary on Bardsey Island. Also at the village there is a public house called The Sun Inn where delicious food is served.

ABERSOCH a popular sailing village which offers boat trips.There are several shops, places to eat, safe sandy beaches. lifeboat station and a golf course.

The Peninsula offers numerous safe sandy beaches, such as Whistling Sands, Porth Ceiriad and Porthdinllaen. Our nearest town is PWLLHELI ,offering a market on Wednesdays and Sundays , numerous shops and not forgetting the Marina. Caernarfon has a 13 Century Castle built by Edward 1 and where the Investiture of the Prince of Wales took place in 1969.

Visit Porthmadog with Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway stations, Llechwedd Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog . Portmeition an Italianate village where 'The Prisoner' was filmed. There are other numerous place to visit such as an art gallery, National Trust properties, garden centres , Glasfryn Park etc.
