Park House is a traditional semi-detached cottage on a small park of holiday lodges in Crossgates near to Llandrindod Wells in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps five people and has one double bedroom and one twin room with en-suites and a single bed with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire.
Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect as a touring base for discovering Mid Wales and Herefordshire, Park House will provide a memorable holiday home, all year round.

Absolutely perfect
We absolutely loved the cottage. Adrian met us on arrival and showed us around to familiarise us straight away. Adrian and his wife were really lovely, warm people and very keen for us to enjoy our stay. They couldn?t have been more helpful so thank you both. We were left a lovely little welcome basket and I?m now addicted to welsh cakes and bara brith ! The cottage was gorgeous, lovely and warm and right where we needed it to be to explore the local area. It was relaxing , quiet and extremely comfortable. We wouldn?t hesitate to return when next in Wales .
Special mentions also to Tim and Kat at Valley View Falconry for an amazing day and to the Crown Inn for an excellent dinner.
