The cottage has five bedrooms in total, sleeping ten guests, with a ground-floor twin, a super-king-size, a king-size, a double and a twin in the annexe, served by ground-floor shower room with utility functions, a bathroom and a shower room in the annexe. The cottage is also home to an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, while the annexe boasts a games room too.
Outside there is a lawn and decking area with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking. Brookside is a marvellous dwelling for a family holiday to Wales.

Perfect getaway
This house is incredible! Couldn?t believe how good it looks. So much nicer in person. Each room is stunning and well equipped. Bathrooms are very spacious and plenty of room for 10 people. The kitchen is the place to be, so social and the hot tub has beautiful views surrounding. Definitely worth the visit. Only issue was lack of privacy with the owner but he kept us informed throughout with what he was doing.
The red lion pub just down the road is a perfect shout ! Couldn?t fault there friendliness, made us feel so at home
