Gulls rest near the village of Beer, is able to sleep 7 thanks to two ground floor double beds, one super-sized king double bed and a ground floor single.
Gull's Rest features two ground floor double beds; one with an ensuite shower room with basin and WC, and the other has Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom with bath, shower over basin and WC. Alongside this there is one super-king size double with ensuite bathroom with corner bath, shower over basin and WC completed by a TV and Balcony. The ground floor hosts a kitchen with dining area and ground floor basin with WC.
Dining room also has a sitting area and gas fire.

Outstanding property in a lovely location
Could not recommend this house enough, beautifully decorated and outstanding cleanliness.
We took our 2 year old who enjoyed the space and being close to the beach. The area is peaceful and felt very safe in our surroundings, perfect home from home feel to it. Will definitely be booking to return again in the summer.

The photo don't do the place justice as you would not find anywhere better

Absolutely outstanding property with the most stunning views, the house is beautiful and immaculate & as always spotlessly clean( our 4th visit) Gulls is the perfect place to come & enjoy total relaxation, so many lovely places to visit near by, looking forward to booking this lovely House again for 2020.
